In the Annapolis Valley my wife and I owned one of Nova Scotia’s premier B&Bs. Just down Hwy 221, which runs along the north mountain, there was an old barn next to a magnificent maple tree. I waited each year for the perfect composition and finally captured this marvelous work that is typical of the fall in the valley and Nova Scotia in general.
