A Kitchen Party or Caleigh (pronounced kay'-lee) is an Americanized  rendering of a Gaelic word [Ceilidh]. This is a Cape Breton musical celebration where families and friends gather in their kitchens to dance, sing and play their instruments. This work captures the fabulous energy and delight that I have personally experienced each time I attended a Kitchen Party in Cape Breton.
